Background and Motivation

Motivation: Bridging the pressure and material gaps between model and applied heterogeneous catalysts for developing industrially relevant clean energy technologies. Currently working on gas separation membranes for energy and environmental applications.

Background/Interests: Nano-catalysts, Surface oxides, Metal-oxide Interfaces, Surface chemistry of active sites, insitu photoelectron spectroscopy (AP/NAP-XPS), Renewable energy conversion, morphology-based nanomaterial synthesis for chemical reactions, syngas conversion, CO2 capture and conversion, Gas separation membranes.
